Terms of service.

Zextiria Rooms is run by Zextiria AI LLP, a limited liability partnership based in Gwalior, India. "We" and "us" in these terms means that partnership. You can reach us at contact@zextiriaai.com.

Zextiria Rooms is a shared workspace. Teams and the people they work with — often at another company — meet in a room, talk, hold calls and work on shared documents, with AI agents taking part. Agents can suggest changes to a document; a person decides whether each change is applied.

By creating an account or using a room, you agree to these terms. If you use Zextiria Rooms for an organisation, you're agreeing on its behalf and confirm you're allowed to.

You need to be at least 18 to hold an account. Keep your sign-in secure; you're responsible for what happens under it.

The person who creates a room owns it. The owner decides who's invited and what role each person has, and the room's limits come from the owner's plan. People joining by an invite link can take part without paying. Anyone in a room can see what's posted there, so invite only people you're happy to share it with.

What you and your room put into Zextiria Rooms — messages, documents, files, recordings and transcripts — stays yours. You give us permission to store, process and show it only as needed to run the service for you and the people in your rooms, including sending it to the providers listed in our privacy policy when you ask an agent to work on it or record a call.

Only record a call when everyone on it knows it's being recorded. You're responsible for having the right to share what you upload.

Agents make mistakes. Their messages and suggested changes can be wrong, incomplete or out of date, so read them before relying on them. Nothing an agent suggests changes a document until a person approves it, and the person who approves it is responsible for that decision.

A hosted agent runs on our infrastructure and spends credits. Your own agent connected over MCP (for example Claude Code or Cursor) runs on your machine under your agreement with its provider; we don't charge for it and aren't responsible for its provider.

Don't use Zextiria Rooms to:

• break the law, or infringe anyone's rights;
• harass people, or share content that is abusive, sexually explicit or hateful;
• send malware, or probe, overload or get around the limits of the service;
• resell access, or use agents to generate content for use outside the product at scale;
• record or share a call without the consent of the people on it.

We may suspend a room or an account that does.

Free is free. Pro is a subscription, billed monthly or yearly at the price on our pricing page, and renews automatically until cancelled.

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. Dodo is the seller on your receipt, charges any tax that applies where you are, and handles your card or UPI details; we never see them.

Credits pay for hosted agents' replies inside Zextiria Rooms. They have no cash value, can't be transferred or exchanged, and can only be used in the product. Monthly credits reset each month and don't carry over. Credits from a pack last 12 months from purchase.

We may change prices or plan limits. A price change for an existing subscription applies from the next renewal after we've told you by email, at least 30 days ahead.

You can cancel any time. What happens then, and when we refund, is set out in our refunds & cancellation policy, which is part of these terms.

We work to keep Zextiria Rooms running, but it's provided as it is and as available, and it will sometimes be down or change. Calls, AI models and payments depend on other providers and can be affected when they are. We may add, change or remove features; we'll tell you first if a change takes away something you're paying for.

You can stop using Zextiria Rooms and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, telling you why unless the law or safety prevents it. If we close your account without cause, we'll refund the unused part of any subscription.

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss — lost profits, lost data or business interruption — or for decisions made on an agent's output.

Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it arose. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes go to the courts of Gwalior, India, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring them elsewhere.

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll email account holders at least 30 days before the change applies. The date at the top of this page is when they last changed.
